A new chapter

This video explains what I've been spending most of my time thinking about this past few months.
It wasn't an easy decision, but I had to do it.
Even now, the day after I signed the papers, I feel so much better :)

Back to reality

Been home for three days now and I feel so alone.

My familysituation is a bloody nightmare and I'm just fed up.
I miss everyone in Brentwood and I can't wait to get back.
Too bad I have to wait to June before I can visit again :(

Here's my favorite picture of all time, btw:

Me and Vanda with the lovely chaps from Stick Around For Joy at the Heavy Load gig <3
Best night of my life!

We stayed with Mel, Dan and two cats :)
Thanks again for letting us stay at your place, guys.
Miss you :)

After the Heavy Load gig we went to Nigel's house and made pizza at around midnight:

Fun times :)
No wonder I love these guys.

By the way:

I've decided that I'm going to quit school.
Before you start judging me I just gotta say that school has always been difficult for me and I've never been good at it.
That doesn't make me dumb, but lets face it, not everyone is cut out for school.
I know what I can do and I know what I can't do and school is one of those things I can't handle.
Can't imagine what my mum will say when she finds out, but she's going to freak out.
But as always, she can't put herself in my shoes and understand what I go through.

But enough of the schoolchat.
Makes me depressed.
There's nothing in the world that makes me more depressed than school and it's not because I don't like it, but it's because I'm not schoolsmart.
Makes me feel like an ass!
Now I can focus on my maingoal and that is to get the hell away from this place and hopefully end up in Brentwood ASAP!
All I can do now, is to work my ass off, save up money and I'm outta here suckers!

Since I don't have school during the day, I'm hoping I can start being as creative as I want with my youtube vids and actually learn how to edit a friggin video.
I might be a tech geek, but all I know of editing is windows movie maker and that is LOW!
Don't judge me.

Well, I gotta dash lovely cupcakes...

The Rise Against gig was awesome!
Absolute madness!
Not to mention me almost laughing my ass off because of that dancing baboon who was standing in front of us.
Glad he had a good time, though.
I know I had an amazing time, but I kinda felt bad for James.
I was complaining about my fucking, yet gorgeous shoes, rain and the fact that I had to leave the next day.

Could only post one picture from blogwriter on my iphone :(
I'll upload more when I get back home.

Sitting in Oslo bored out of my mind and I just want to pick up my stuff and Anna and move to Brentwood ASAP!
It's wierd but I felt this instant connection when I got there and I knew that it was my future hometown.
Apparently, Vanda feels the same way.
Wouldn't it be insane if I just out of the blue, picked up my entire life and moved to England?
I can hear my mum saying:
"Melissa, you have completely lost what's left of your mind!"

I already miss everyone and it's going to be sad waking up in depressing Narvik tomorrow.
The only good thing is that I get to see Anna again.

Flight now boarding.
Gotta jet!

KFC bitches

I was so excited when we got to KFC on Sunday that I think it was so obvious to everyone else that I am "foreign".
But who cares?
The food was amazing and I gotta go back before I leave.

Don't really have anyting to do today before around 8 when I'm going to phoenix for 4 hours.
It's going to be so wierd being on stick around for joy with Vanda in the chatroom and not with us in the studio.
Oh well, maybe next time.
I'm definitely coming back next summer.

Time for a shower and then breakfast.

It has been a crazy week so far and I cannot believe that I actually came all the way to meet a bunch of people I really don't know.
Lets just say that I don't regret it for one second.
Coming here has been the best the most exciting thing ever happening to me and I am not kidding when I say I wanna move here.
Even Vanda agreed, while jumping up and down saying ''Yes Yes!''.

I'm uploading a few short vids on youtube now and I've already uploaded over 70 pics on facebook.

Check'em out here:

I feel like I have a lot to say, but the wierd thing is that I'm lost for words.
This is beyond everything!
Maybe my mum was right when she said:
''Melissa, this is madness! You know you're not suppose to meet anyone you talk to online. It's the rules.''

But then again, I've never been a fan of the rules.
I know, very punk right?

Anyways, I'll try to post a few pictures from my iphone when I get back.
I also haven't been tweeting as much as I use to, but it's nice to take a little break from my usual habits.

Gotta jet though.
Seeing Hafdis Huld live in London tonight.
I'm excited!

Okay so, I'm under 12 hours away from my first flight to Oslo.
And when I say first flight, I don't mean first flight of the day, cause I have to change plane in Oslo, but first flight EVER!
So me landing on the biggest airport in the world is a nice first for me..

But anyways:
I seriously can't wait and I'll be tweeting my ass off.
I'm going to be vlogging from day to day, so I need to borrow a computer so I can post them on youtube.

Keep up with the insane trip here:

I'll also blog from my iphone ^_^
But I gotta jet if I want to finish packing.

England here I come :)

Tatas for now xx

Should I?

I've always wanted to get a tattoo, but there's never been a good time to get one.
Besides, it's wicked expensive.
I would have loved to get one in London, but it's not in my budget.
Maybe next time.
This is not the first and last time I'm going to England.
My love for Brits started when I was around 4 or 5 years old, when I discovered Monty Python.
The funny thing is that I didn't have any problems understanding the humour.
At first my mum thought I was kidding, but then I explained to her what they were saying, she thought she had given birth to a genius.
Too bad I had to let her down!

When it comes to the tattoo's and which one I want, I obviously looked at this star.
Then I thought about getting 1988 on my wrist.
Something simple.
I don't want a lot of colours or those huge ass tats.
Small and simple is good.

In other news:
I've had a few things on my mind and I don't know if I should just write a blog or make a video about it.
Don't have time right now so I'll just have to wait and see.

So while you guys wait, feel free to check out and subscribe to my youtube channel.

Getting old?

I know that 21 isn't old, but I've been through a lot in my lifetime and I guess that's what makes me feel older.
I started to think about how I would be/look like in 50 years and I just found my future self.
Once a bad hairday, always a bad hairday.
At least I kept my sense of humour.
Noticed that I didn't say good sense of humour?
I figured I'd spare people that.
I think I have a good sense of humour, but I have been told that I need to grow up.
I am an adult with a childish sense of humour.
Get off me, people!

I still find burping, farting (in movies only) and Tom & Jerry funny.
When it comes to the farting stuff, I'm really grossed out by people (guys mostly) that fart in public, at the dinnertable and everywhere else.
We all do that but can I at least get a warning before you fire off a nasty one?
It's actually been proven that everyone fart up to 15 times a day without even knowing it.

That's your wierd fact for the day.
I gotta get ready for today.
Woke up at 9 am.
Yes, I did.
Have to find my pants first, though.

Catch ya'll laters!

Are you serious?

At first I thought this picture was fake, but apparently they were sitting there at 4.30 am waiting for the place to open.
Not 4.30 pm but AM!
Are they mad?
Well, that's kinda obvious, but how hungry do you have to be to get up that early just to buy a crappy McDonalds burger?
Oh those Americans!
Gotta love them 

Speaking of "are you serious?":
I got up this morning and took a shower, got dressed and I even found my pants straight away, but then I sat on my and fell asleep.
Woke up and it was too late to catch the bus.
That's got me written all over it.

I'm getting used to this blogging from my iPhone thing and I think I'm going to continue doing it.
But I gotta jet!
Need to feed my lovely strawberry cheesecake AKA my cat, Anna 

A tiny trip to hell

See you soon pc charger.
So I'm now stuck without a computer.
I have to find a new one today!
Can't go a day without phoenixfm and my other lovely sites.
Praise Steve Jobs for iPhone <3

I saw this picture on the epic fail app (the third love of my life) and I just couldn't stop laughing.
The only problem is that I saw it during a lecture.
Lets just say that everyone thought I had lost it!
My only answer was: Maybe I have!

Next class starting now btw.
Catch ya'll laters.

Picture of the day

Got it from the epic fail app.
One of the best pics I've ever seen.
This shows how big of a nerd I am.
Only geeks find epic, fail and win this funny, but I like it like that.

I'm stuck at school right now and I'm trying to pay attention, but it's so boring that I'm close to falling asleep.
I never really been schoolsmart, but I'm streetsmart and selftaught when it comes to pretty much everything.
so I'm basically crawling through this year.
But I gotta jet.
Teacher being a c**t and a half.

Picture of the day

I got this picture from the epic fail app, which I love.
I added the fail word.
Sometimes the pics are so funny I'm close to crapping my pants.
This is definitely one of them.
