Makeup trends of Fall 2010

I was curious to see what kind of makeup trends the fall has in store for us, so I had a quick look at one of my favorite fashion sites to find out.

Here's the link:

The two most important trends are red lipstick and dramatic eyeliner.
I don't really wear red lipstick and I rarely do dramatic eyeliner looks, but I do love this lipstick from Dior:
I bought it last year for some reason I cannot remember, but I really do like it.
Sadly, I can't remember how much I paid for it, but Dior is a bit on the expensive side.

As for eyeliners, I really want to try the Bobbi Brown gel liners because I've heard nothing but good things about that product.

I don't believe that I can get this in my town so I'd have to order online, which I haven't gotten around to do.
So even though I haven't tried this gel liner, I would still recommend it if you want to try the dramatic eyeliner look.

The Hot List

One of the few things that puts me in a better mood when I'm feeling a bit down is fashion and makeup.
So I decided to take a look at ''The Hot List'' on http://www.fashionmagazine.com/

I don't want to ''steal'' the entire article, so feel free to check out this link:

Personally, I'm not a fan of what Spring of 2011 has to offer, only because I'm swearing to the rock and punkish look with a girly twist.
That's how I would explain my own style.

Anyways, I have to jet.
Have an awesome sunday, guys!

Oslo baby!

We're having a lazy sunday here in Hønefoss/Oslo.
My bff is doing some school assignment and his bf is doing some other type work thing.
I'm just sitting here surfing online catching up on recent events.
Not much going on this weekend, though.

Yesterday, we were looking around town doing some shopping and later in the evening we went with some friends to the bowling alley.
Pizza, buzz on PS and inside jokes were to follow after that.
All in all a good saturday night.

Today, there's a bloody soccer game on TV, so that means that my friend is going to be busy for a few hours.
I honestly don't get the fuzz, but he loves it.
Apart from that I don't really think we have any plans today.
Making tacos later, though.

Tomorrow, we're taking the bus into Oslo city to do some more shopping.
I will drop by mac and check out what the big thing is about those makeup products, even though I know I can't afford to buy a lot.

Anyways:

I'll get off here and do some reading.

Tatas xx

Weekend Trip!

So I am going to Oslo to visit my bestfriend this weekend.
I'm staying with him and his boyfriend and I'm so excited.
I've never been in Oslo (except the airport), so this is new.
Only going to be there from Friday and then I leave early Tuesday morning.
That will give us good time to hang out and from my friend to give me a tour of that bloody town.
Can you tell I'm a big fan of Oslo?
I know I shouldn't judge a town without even have seen it, but I honestly know that I won't like it.
Now London, on the other hand, I love... With every inch of my body...
Gorgeous city and a bunch of beautiful brits.
In Oslo you only get a bunch of stuck up, snobby aholes..

But anyways:

There will be pics to follow so stay tuned pretty people <3

I'm happy!

So yeah...
People have been wanting an update on how everything went with Wayne.
For those who have me on facebook have already seen something change.
Lets just say that I had to change my status ;)

Here's a picture of us that was taken last wednesday:

I had just been at the hairdressers after I randomly decided to get a haircut.
Must say I'm pleased with it.
Wayne looks a bit cheeky, though.

Anyways:

We have A LOT to talk about now, cause long distance relationships never really work in the long run.
As of now, it looks like I'll be moving to California next year.
Which is gonna suck cowballs because I have to bring my cat and I hate the warm weather.
But I know it's worth it, and I need an excuse to get out of this shithole called my hometown.

So yeah, that's it for now.
Have to get back to editing my next Random Thursday video for tomorrow :)

See ya guys laterz xx

1 more day

Now I'm starting to get VERY nervous.
In under 24 hours I'll be picking up Wayne at the airport in Narvik and honestly, I really don't know what to expect.
It's not that I'm worried, but I don't know how to react when I see him.
Maybe it's just the nerves talking, cause I always get a gut feeling if something's not right.
And I'm not getting any ''signs'' that there might be anything to worry about.

Anyways:
Nothing much has happened this week.
Just been watching 3 season of True Blood in like 5-6 days.
I've been that bored, that I decided to watch a show I swore never to watch.
It wasnt that bad, but it wasnt that exciting either.

But now I realized that I still have some crap I have to do.
Talk to you guys laters..

TWiT overload

I just checked my iTunes and apparently I haven't been listening to podcasts for forever and 5 days.
So, now I'm trying to catch up on about 30 different podcasts that has been building up over the past month.
If you don't know what TWiT is, that's short for This Week in Tech and it's hosted by Leo Laporte.
He's actually the reason why I'm on twitter and the reason why I'm so addicted.

Been listening to his shows for almost 2 years now and I swear on my iphone that if he wasnt over 50, married and had kids, I'd totally go after him.. lol
He's brilliant and has one of the best radio voices I've ever heard.
Each podcast is almost an hour and a half long, but it's so entertaining that the time fly by quickly.

Something that I find cool is that they now have This Week in Fun, This Week in Law and other type of shows that talks about certain subjects.

Anyways:

I'm playing games on meez.com while listening to TWiT #258.
Got 3 more podcasts to listen to, so I'm happy that I don't have much left.
But I think I have to stop playing and get around to clean up a bit in my place.
And I should also clean the litterbox, which I'm always excited about.
Can you smell the sarcasm?
(I smell something, allright!)
